Who we are
MyLungs is an initiative from Esperity. Our mission is to bring hope and clear guidance to patients, and to improve quality of life through solutions that empower the people we serve. We believe hope is what fuels the journey, and that health is a meaningful part of every person's identity.
The name Esperity blends two ideas: "Esperanza" — hope — and "Identity". Two words that capture why we exist.
Why empowerment matters
Patient outcomes are shaped by many factors. When we understand how those factors influence health, we can act on them. Years of research and hands-on work in patient empowerment have taught us that every person can actively shape their own care journey through small, practical, evidence-based steps.
