How to delete your account?
To delete your account, login to your My Lungs App account, and go to settings. Under settings, you will see a button ‘delete account’ when you scroll down. When clicking this button, you will be asked to enter your password to confirm. Once confirmed, your account will be deleted.
If you do not have access to your account, you will have to prove you are the owner of the email your account is linked to. We will send you an email with a code. To delete your account, you will have to forward this code to us. For any question you can contact support at [email protected]. Your data will be directly deleted and not anymore recoverable.
How to request to delete data without deleting your account?
To delete data without deleting your account, you can use the ‘delete’ options in each functionality. If you cannot delete the item you want to delete, please contact support at [email protected].
